Customers have the option of adding their number into specific Operator’s DND list by using the mobile application, calling the support center or by sending an SMS to a short code.
If you are a STC customer, send the text “3311” to “900”. Your number will be blocked from all incoming A2P SMS. To unblock or to start receiving SMS send the text “3322” to “900”. To block promotional messages from a specific sender, send the sender name to 801001. To unblock promotional messages from a specific sender, send the sender name to 801002. To know more details about the list of blocked senders: send an empty SMS to 801001. To unblock the list of blocked senders: send DELALL to 801002.
If you are a ZAIN customer, send “stop” to “705000”. Your number will be blocked from all advertising SMS. To stop receiving SMS ads from a particular sender, send Stop space then name of sender to “705000”. To unblock or to start receiving SMS send the text “Start” to “705000”.
If you are a Mobily customer, send the text “stop” to “604445” and to unblock send the text “resume” to “604445”.
