Once a customer unsubscribes from receiving marketing SMS (adds to DND list), we respect their privacy and will not remove this number until we get written confirmation from the customer via email. We understand that the number may get added into the DND list by mistake or the customer would have unsubscribed from a different brand. In such cases and to adhere to TRA rules and regulations, we recommend to get an email from the customer to you directly stating that they agree to remove their number from the Unsubscribe (DND) list. Forward this email to your respective account manager and the team will get the number remove in 1 working day.
